Congratulations to club secretary and C Grade captain Ben Lobban who will play his 250th game for PAOCCC in round eight.

Ben joined the reds in the 1998/99 season and has since earnt 2 batting trophies (2000/01 and 2012/13) on his way to a recent milestone of 5,000 runs. Ben has also been included in the Team of the Year twice (2012/13 & 2016/17) and was awarded the highly coveted Redman award in the 2012/13 season.

Ben was a member of the premiership winning C3 side in 2011/12 and last season achieved the ultimate success again, captaining the clubs C1 side to a premiership.

Off the field, Ben has been an integral member of the PAOCCC community, including over a decade of membership on the club's committee. Most notably, Ben currently serves and has served as the clubs secretary, even being awarded the ATCA secretary of the year in 2016/17.

Congratulations once again Ben, many more games for the reds to come!
