Buts claimed his 200th club wicket last weekend during his spell of 5 for 51 in the B-Grade:

1,306.2 overs, 332 maidens, 202 wickets @ 17.01 (Best Bowling: 9 for 38)

Buts also brought up his 1,000th run for the club this year. Nicknamed Michael Vaughan as a result of the distinct similarities (see right) with the English Test Captain, Buts is now averaging 41 with the bat this year.

A much underrated lower order (is he batting too low??) batsman, Buts has now recorded:

Buts has also recently acquired the nickname of "Mattingley", after the softballer in the Simpsons. Mr Burns is always telling him to get rid of those sideburns... and so Mssrs Spencer and Larkins consistently remind him to "... get rid of those sideburns".
