Training Is compulsory, and will be held in air conditioned comfort of the Hackney Hotel from 6pm - 7pm. ATCA policy would abandon matches and we will follow that health-based directive.

So leave your spikes at home and pack a few $ instead for a cold, refreshing beverage.
